Refund policy
Refunds,Returns and cancellations are at the sole discretion of the shop. Due to the custom nature of the orders they may not be returnable.
If there is anything error or lost package we can review those and please reach out to come to a solution together.
If a return is approved here are some options:
Full Refund:
We can process a full refund for the purchase price, which will be credited back to your original payment method once the items have been returned.
Store Credit:
We can also offer a store credit for the amount of your purchase, which can be used for future purchases.
To initiate the return process (only if approved by admin):
Package the items: Please repackage the items in their original packaging, if possible.
Shipping:
We can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use original shipping materials or provide us with the dimensions and weight of the new package(s)
Please note:
Returned items must be in their original condition and unused or the return will be denied and will not be refunded.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
