Items Ship with USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail or 3-5 First Class Mail.
You will receive an automated message when the label is printed (this does not necessarily mean it shipped, just that I'm working on the order)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What if my order arrives late?
I strive to make all order arrive on time even if I have to pay extra to expedite the order, sometimes nature or life gets in the way. In that case do the following steps:
- Do NOT OPEN the package*
- Message Me
- Write "Refused" on the box
- Drop off at the post office/hand over to mail carrier
- When the box is back in transit I will issue a FULL refund of the order (including shipping)
*Refund will be ineligible if the package is opened and/or used
Please message me immediately upon noticing any errors on buyer or sellers part. I will gladly send a replacement, offer a return or exchange for any mistakes on sellers part.
If the buyer made a mistake during ordering please message to see if you can exchange or purchase the correct items.
Please Note: Returns/refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller and if the order has customization that cannot be altered or reused may not qualify. Some banners that use specialized characters for example.
Please double check spelling and quantity/length of the items you have purchased.
